“After more than two decades working as a set designer and scenic artist I have recently begun to do murals. The artistic skills developed doing large scale works for stage (over 80 full size ballet backdrops alone) in addition to the extreme realism necessary for my scenic work in film, are exactly the same as those required for murals whether on the side of a building or the interior of a home. In addition, the ability to inexpensively recreate marble, stone, or highly detailed carved wood surfaces makes it possible to completely transform everything from a single piece of furniture to a full interior limited only by the imagination.”
